Is a machine gun a bona-fide weapon for personal or home defense in the hands of a civilian?

1.	No. If a person is in a self-defense senerio, they could grab their buck knife, hunting rifle, or shotgun but not anything made for paramilitary fighting.	4	↑	↓
2.	Yes. Something like a select-fire M-16, MP5 or Uzi might be just the thing in certain situations.	4	↑	↓
3.	No. Handguns, semi-auto rifles, and combat shotguns are sufficent. Owning a full-auto for home defense is ludicrous.	3	↑	↓
4.	No. Self-defense should only be practiced by police or government agents. It is foolish for a civilian to try to defend himself using anything as a lethal weapon.	3	↑	↓
